How to Make
Measure out the mix for the number of cookies you’d like. Add softened butter (or oil) and water. Optional extras like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit can be mixed in too.
Combine everything into a dough, shape into a ball, and roll it into a sausage about 5cm thick. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
